Who we are

iRenos is a residential and commercial renovation company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we collect

When you fill out a contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the project details you write. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share. We don't require an account and we don't run advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, the services that deliver this site and its forms automatically log technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you use them.

How we use it

We use your contact information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if you hire us, managing your renovation project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

How form submissions are handled

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email through Web3Forms, a form-processing service whose systems are hosted in the United States. This means your submission (including your name, contact details, and message) is transferred to and stored on servers outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Web3Forms also uses automated spam-filtering services that process submission contents to block bots. We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to serve you and for our business records, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. One third-party service is embedded to make the site work: Google Maps (the service-area map). It may set its own cookies or log technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads it, under Google's privacy policy. Links to our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) take you to those platforms, which have their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dion@irenos.ca or call (403) 561-9191 and we'll take care of it.
