A basement development in Auburn Bay with a movie room, full bathroom and home gym. The construction and finished footage follows the space from exposed framing to a comfortable lower level with a television and fireplace wall, seating and a dedicated workout area.
The unfinished basement needed to accommodate several everyday uses: a place to watch movies, space to exercise and a full bathroom. The exposed framing and open ceiling shown during construction had to become a finished interior that connected these activities without crowding the room.
iRenos created a movie and lounge area around a television and linear fireplace, with open shelving beside the feature wall. The gym occupies its own area, while carpet, finished ceilings and recessed lighting connect the spaces. Together with the full bathroom, the basement gives Kevin and Lorena’s family more ways to enjoy their home.
