Bathrooms are small rooms with dense work: waterproofing, tile, glass, fixtures, and the plumbing and electrical behind the walls. We design the space, pull the City of Calgary permits, and coordinate licensed trade partners for the regulated work. Tile and glass showers usually drive the budget, and an ensuite is planned the same way, just built around the bedroom beside it. What a renovation returns at resale varies with the home and the market, so we build for how you live in the space first.
